The sickness is here... AGAIN.  So the play by play

Koda enters room at 4am yesterday... "Mom, MOM MOM... Corbynn is puking and she is acting STRANGE.. can you come down stairs.

Me "UGG yess." falls out of bed and almost down the stairs. 

Corbynn: " I don't feel good" Coughing until she vomits style. "wait, give me that flower" she screams

Me "what flower?"

Cobrynn "the one in your hair"

Me: thinking to myself I don't have a flower in my hair... Maybe a birds nest...no flower for sure. 

I suddenly notice how RED she is. I get closer I can FEEL the heat rising off her. OMB she is really sick. Temperature  taken. 104.2! What? Really? Okay time for some serious Tylenol. 30 minute wait followed by no results. 

ER. No wait what? why no wait? 

That is right Corbynns oxygen level were LOW under 85% and her pulse was HIGH over 120 this all = a very scared momma. Some steroids, antibiotics, x-rays, and two hours later we were out of the ER.  She seemed to have it all

pneumonia, asthma, and acute something or other illness.

Left there scared tired momma with one LOUD barking babe in tow.

I have to tell you. I had no idea Corbynn may be the best sicky I have ever met. Never complained and just kept on going. She is my trouper. I love her so. 

Get better love. Momma misses your smiling face.

BIRCH WOOD BOX

So yes I went ahead and did it.... well two things

1. Stole the picture from the birchBox.com

2. ACTUALLY recieved my own box. 

This is where I would normally show pictures of said box but, 

it came as we were off to our honey moon. 

( I wasn't thinking about that box and how I wanted to make this fabulous post of this)

I was thinking that I JUST got married.

So stolen photos it is. 

So I loved my box but honestly was slightly disappointed. Very very small samples. It is the all

the rage right now; not sure if I am sold. 

I am now looking into the Myglam bag. 

Full size samples same price. 

I don't like the bag as much as the box. 

then again maybe I am just drawn to the box because I have one.

Not sure what the difference is bag or box. 

I like the idea of full size samples.

I don't know if you have heard but, courthouse run away weddings are back in style! Yes I am following a trend of older couples who don't want to fork out THOUSANDS on our weddings. We want to spend THOUSANDS of dollars on our honeymoon! 

 

I was Very surprised at how emotional I was. I started crying right off the bat and cried all the way through. I was told it was cute. I was happy not many people were there to witness my love sniffles. 

I am so grateful to have found such an amazing man that I can now call my

HUSBAND! 

Love it. Here are some pictures from the court house.

 

 

 This is my besty Tara. She came witnessed and took pictures like every besty should do. She also let me borrow those fabulous shoes. That hurt my feet so bad I couldn't hardly stand it. (there were a more uncomfortable pair that I was wearing pre these that didn't help)

However the toms I bought right were to die for.

Come on back tomorrow for the party. 

P.S. rest in peace Barb. We love you so much and I am so glad you have made it to the dolphins. Lots of love little C.

I am MRS. JONES!!!

Holly crap shit and stuff

I almost can't believe it but, yet alas it true. 

It was magically simple and completely us as it should have been. 

Did you know what a pain in the ass changing your name is? 

I didn't. I haven't had to do this before. I figure since Mr. Jones has an awesome name I should take it on. Not to mention the explanation of two names sucks. So, off I went to make my list of things that need addressing and holy fudge. There are SO many stops that I had not thought about aka: my passport, all of my credit cards, my phone bill, any account that I have access too.. How did  you all go about this large crappy ordeal? How much time do I have to do it? All of the unknowns. 

Done with the bitching. I am happy and content and totally Mrs. Jones.  Tomorrow I will bring you the pictures to prove it, plus I will let you in on our mini mini honeymoon. 

P.S. coming home to reality is a bitch seriously. I have a gamet of testing next week for this stupid cancer crap and on top of it all my good friend died. 

It was the wake up call: Hi you remember you don't live in fairy land... Yes you honeymooner come on you know you don't.

Happy Valentines Day! 
I hope all of you had a wonderful day filled with love. 

Our day was as always busier than expected. All the kids seem to be in the middle of a hundred projects and papers. Eli's homework load is out of control. Three hours a night seems a little harsh for fifth grade but schools are more competitive now than ever before. 

Our day was still romantic even with all of the fuss. The little moments are what matters. The kiss in the kitchen with all the kids grossed out at the table. The booty slap on my way down the hall. The cuddle at the end of the night.  The way he looks at me before the lights went out. 

I am the luckiest girl alive.
